Zubie, has announced that Pragnesh (Prag) Shah has joined its rapidly expanding connected car company to support customer adoption and growth. As Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Operations, Shah will head up Zubie’s overall customer experience, operations and entry into international markets.
“The addition of Prag along with our continued growth is setting the stage for Zubie to deliver the best connected car solution to growing national and international markets,” said Tim Kelly, CEO of Zubie. “We are experiencing increased momentum, at home and abroad, through several strategic enterprise partnerships and via direct channels to small businesses and consumers alike. This momentum is driving growth of our internal operations and a recent move to larger offices at our Charleston, SC headquarters.”
Before joining Zubie, Shah was President of Global Consumer Markets for Rosetta Stone and launched new business models in Europe and Asia. He has also worked as was Vice President of Online Channels and User Experience at Network Solutions and has held several strategic and operational executive positions at Sprint Corporation.

This latest recruitment reflects Zubie’s rapidly enlarging operations in mobile and cloud-based connected car services with continued expansion in software development, sales, marketing and operations. The company has already added over a dozen positions in 2014 and expects to double its size in the next year. Zubie continues to build B2B2C enterprise relationships in the U.S. and abroad, and has already launched partnerships with major industry players including Telefonica, Progressive Insurance, and Best Buy.
